租客认为最影响租金的9点意见

如下是租客群里面大家认为汇贤居急需解决的问题：

1. 车库和转盘只应该允许住户或者接送住户的车辆。车辆必须在管理处登记。
2. 没有停车位的车辆禁止进入车库和转盘
3. 车库里面超过5分钟的车辆开始支付停车费
4. 大楼和车库里面禁烟 – 保安，司机，业主，租客无一例外
5. 助动车送货员必须把助动车停在门口并且走路送货
6. 只允许住户进入，其他助动车停在小区外，无一例外。
7. 所有楼使用门禁系统，门卡或密码保护住客
8. 会所设施升级。提前和推迟一小时营业时间
9. 东门应该开放，并使用电子门禁

It’s not that complicated:

1. No cars in garage (and circle) unless there is a summit owner renter in it or getting into it. Vehicle must be registered with property management.
2. All cars entering who do not have a rented/paid for parking space cars to remain out of circle and garage.
3. All cars that enter the garage for more than 5 minutes must pay a minimum parking fee.
4. No smoking in all building public spaces and garage – security, drivers, owners, renters.
5. Scooter delivery must park at front gate and walk deliver their packages.
6. Scooter parking area only for paid renters. All other scooters park outside. No exceptions.
7. Security entrance systems, cards and codes must be properly used to protect all apartments and people.
8. The fitness club and equipment should be upgraded (including both swimming pools) and operating hours earlier in the morning and later in the evening (even 1 hour earlier and later would make a huge difference for use and perhaps fees).
9. The east gate should be made functional with electronic access.
